Car Hero Car Hero, a business operator in the field of used vehicles and new vehicles trading, requires to collect, use and process personal data of customers, website visitors, as well as other related parties (such as sellers, representatives, etc.) that are stored and processed through the website and other means for achieving the Company's business objectives under the basis on the personal data uses in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 as detailed below:

1. Definition

• “Car Hero” or “Company” means Car Hero Co., Ltd. (Juristic person No.: 0105565018349) who is the owner of the Website.
• “Cookies” means small files stored in the applications/web browsers on computer devices (including mobile phones, computer tablets, etc.) while visiting a website, and including the cookies used for tracking your usage of websites, preferences, and locations.
• “Customer” means a buyer who agreed to book a vehicle with Car Hero according to vehicle booking agreement.
• “Data Controller” means a Person or a juristic person having the power and duties to make decisions regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of the Personal Data.
• “Data Processor” means a Person or a juristic person who operates in relation to the collection, use, or disclosure of the Personal Data pursuant to the orders given by or on behalf of a Data Controller.
• “Person” means natural person.
• “Personal Data” means any information relating to a Person, which enables the identification of such Person, whether directly or indirectly, but not including the information of the deceased Persons in particular.
• “Visitor” means a visitor who visits the Website.

• Banks, loan companies or other financial institutions
• Affiliated companies in automobile business
• Transferee/merger
• Business consultants, financial advisors, Legal Advisors, Lawyers, Auditors, and Internal Auditors
• Government agencies/authorities with jurisdiction over laws, regulations, court orders or judgments (by summons or request for cooperation or answering inquiries as required)
• National Credit Bureau Co., Ltd. (credit bureau) including agencies that perform the same functions in Thailand and abroad.
• Other related persons/entities (e.g. Cloud Storage/Server service providers in Thailand and abroad)

9. Consequence from your rejection/revocation of consent to use your personal data

• For visitors: You may not be able to view or use the contents (wholly or partly) displayed on the Website.
• For customers: You may miss a chance to receive promotional information about the Company's products or services.

13. What rights do you have?

• Right to withdraw consent

  You have the right to withdraw your consent given to Car Hero to process your personal data. Please note that:

  You have the right to request Car Hero to delete your personal data if you believe that your personal data is not longer necessary by the laws. Please note that:
